Meet the Spectrum Management team.
Simon Alberga, Executive Chairman
Simon has been a director of Spectrum since 2004 when Young Associates, a private equity firm which Simon co-founded in 1996 together with Lord Young of Graffham and Yoav Kurtzbard, acquired a majority stake in Spectrum. Simon received a BA in Economics (magna cum laude) from Harvard University.
Yoav Kurtzbard, Executive Director
Together with Simon, Yoav oversees day-to-day management of Spectrum. Yoav received a BSE (cum laude) from Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
Philip Congdon, Group Finance Director
Philip joined Spectrum Interactive in 2004. A chartered accountant and languages graduate, he has many years' experience as Finance Director of international companies including Bell & Howell Europe, Datrontech, Hughes Network Systems Europe and Safestone Technologies plc.
Nigel Styne, Operations Director
Nigel is responsible for the Spectrum Operations Department, which encompasses engineering, call centre, cash collection and warehousing. He has been part of the Spectrum team since 2006 and was previously Managing Director of IPN, a payphone operator. Nigel has a background in the retail and hospitality industry and worked for Bass Leisure in a range of senior operational and commercial roles.
Daniel Gray, Commercial Director
Daniel has been at the forefront of the development of public internet access in the UK. As Product Development & Marketing Manager for Spectrum, Daniel developed a series of innovative internet solutions which have become established technology within UK airports and other key travel locations. Daniel now runs our Commercial Team which is responsible for sales and marketing activity at Spectrum.
Steve Ellis, Head of IT
Steve has over 18 years experience working in the IT Industry. He is responsible for the management, development and deployment of Spectrum’s IT Information systems. Steve is also responsible for the monitoring, configuration and ongoing development of all client installations.
