What is PrintSpectrum?
PrintSpectrum is a wireless printing service that allows you to print from your laptop, internet kiosks or internet enabled device (such as a Blackberry) to a local printer. For more information click here
Where is PrintSpectrum available?
PrintSpectrum is a new service, currently being installed at hotel and airport sites across the UK. It is currently available at all Radisson Edwardian hotels in the UK, and due to be installed at Birmingham Airport.
I am a site owner and Iam interested in PrintSpectrum. How do I order this service?

What devices can I print from?
PrintSpectum allows you to print from any internet enabled device including internet kiosks, laptops, iPhone and BlackBerry.
Troubleshooting FAQs for PrintSpectrum
What happens if the toner or paper runs out?
Non-Spectrum staff at the site are responsible for maintaining the printer. If the toner has run out, or the paper tray is empty, please inform someone at the site (hotel receptionist/concierge, or airport information desk).
How do I pay for PrintSpectrum?
If PrintSpectrum is chargable at the site where you are, you can pay using your Spectrum Account. It is simply to create and uses your registered email.
Click here to open the registration pop-up window. You need to add a cash balance to your Account using your credit/debit card.
How do I get a refund for a job that failed to print?
If you have paid for printing, but the process failed, please make sure that the printer is:
- Turned on
- Has enough toner
- Has not run out of paper
If none of these are relevant, then please fill in the contact form.
What devices can I print from?
PrintSpectum allows you to print from any internet enabled device including internet kiosks, laptops, iPhone and BlackBerry.
How much does printing at airports costs?
The cost is £3 per sheet (payable by Credit Card only).
What is the Print Release Station?
This is where your print job is sent to once you receive your unique print release code.
How do I print from an internet kiosk?
Click on the print button on-screen. Make a note of your unique print release code and press submit on the Print Release Station. Enter your code and follow the screen instructions.
How do I print from my BlackBerry?
Send the document that you wish to print to the email address displayed on the help page which can be accessed by clicking on the question mark on the Print Release Station. You will receive an email with the print release code. On the Print Release Station enter your code and follow the on-screen instructions.
How do I print from my laptop or a device that is connected to the internet?
Navigate to the URL which is displayed on the help page of the Print Release Station. Select the document you wish to print and press submit. Make a note of the print code. On the print release station enter your code and follow the on-screen instructions.
I am entering my print code at the Print Release Station and the message 'print job not found' is displayed. What should I do?
Depending on the file size of the document it could take up to one minute for the print job to reach the Print Release Station.
Printing at airports FAQs for PrintSpectrum
Printing at Manchester Airport
You can print from the internet kiosks or a WiFi/3G enabled laptop or mobile device to any of the three printers at Manchester Airport.
The locations are:
MAN T1 - Landside Arrivals
MAN T2 - Landside Arrivals adjacent Bolin River Cafe
MAN T3 - Landside Arrivals opposite the main entrance.
All the printers are located next to our internet kiosks.

Printing at East Midlands Airport

Printing at Stansted

Airdside central IDL

LHR T1 - landside check-in (upstairs on the mezzanine level next to the restaurants)
LHR T3 - landside catering retail unit (next to Pret a Manger)
LHR T4 - landside mezzanine area (inbetween check-in and arrivals levels)
LHR T5 - landside cafe (next to Cafe Nero)
